Engineering manager for Alchemix v3 — a ground-up new version of the protocol spanning a core system, a strategy layer, and a governance layer.
I ran the dev process for the smart contract work: defining and prioritizing tasks, keeping the devs unblocked, and keeping the lines of communication open between the contract engineers and the rest of the org. I also handled recruiting — sourcing, interviewing, and hiring to round out a team built around an engineer already in place.
The back half of the engagement was a gauntlet of security review — multiple audits and audit competitions across Immunefi, Cantina, and more. Alongside the lead engineer and the founders, I carried a large share of the interface work: triaging tickets, answering whitehats and auditors, coordinating with the firms, and making sure fixes actually landed.
